Agentforce Data Readiness
Agentforce data readiness for the Salesforce records your agents read
Your agents are as good as your data
Our data experts remediate, enrich and validate the Salesforce records an agent reads before it depends upon them.

Why the condition of the data decides the return on agentic AI
Most agents draw on the same Salesforce reference data

Part-time internal cleanup slows decay without reversing it; reversal takes a dedicated team and correction at the points of entry.

Our data experts focus remediation on the objects the target agents read, rather than on the entire org.

An engagement descended from the migration method
Our data experts apply the Acellas migration method to data already in Salesforce.

What each function receives
The client's RevOps team administers the org, its automation and the hygiene backlog, and our experts work alongside it.
A measured baseline
Duplication, completeness of agent-critical fields, and orphaned or conflicting automation, by object.
Dependent automation refactored
Every Flow, trigger and integration writing to the in-scope objects inventoried; automation that requires it refactored and regression-tested, and integration changes agreed with their owners.
Standards that endure
Matching rules, validation rules, enrichment cadence and named ownership in place at handoff.
Asked of the client: Data steward, routing intent, field ownership and participation in acceptance testing.
Pipeline, territory and forecasting agents act on records the sales organization neither administers nor standardizes, and their output reaches the board.
A pipeline that is real
Stale and duplicated opportunities retired; stages and close dates that mean what they say.
Territories that roll up
Account hierarchies and assignments correct for quota, compensation credit and expansion targeting.
A forecast that ties
Renewal pipeline generated from contracts and subscriptions that agree, for review by the CRO and the CFO.
Asked of the client: The definitions of a qualified opportunity, a committed deal and a territory. Our experts work around sellers and keep production clear of quarter-end.

Quote to invoice in agreement
Quote, contract, subscription and invoice match rates measured before and after.
Policy as data
Pricing, discount and approval policy encoded as rules that apply to agents as they do to people.
Audit-ready evidence
Documentation of every change to data and automation, signed before production.
Asked of the client: Definitions of bill-to and customer–subsidiary relationships, ARR and TCV rules and the signature on the sign-off sheet.
Business Systems is often held accountable when an agent errs, ordinarily without authority over the record the agent read.
Blast radius known
A dependency map of every automation writing to agent-critical fields before any change is made.
Production changes rehearsed
Rollback conditions defined before cutover and a runbook for every production step.
Measured improvement
Duplication, null rates and conflicting automation counted before and after.
Asked of the client: Test and production orgs, named logins under the client's identity provider, an API-enabled integration user and a temporary migration environment.

Agentforce data readiness questions
What is Agentforce data readiness?
Agentforce data readiness is the condition in which the Salesforce records an agent reads are complete, consistent, current and unique before the agent acts upon them. An agent reasons from the records it reads and cannot always recognize a gap the way an experienced employee can, which is why our data experts measure readiness object by object, for each agent use case.
How does Acellas assess Salesforce data quality for AI agents?
Our data experts begin with the objects the target agents read rather than with the whole org. For each object they count duplicates, measure completeness in the fields agents depend upon and map the Flows and triggers that write to it, and they examine the integrations to ERP and billing, the retention criteria and the hierarchy design. The result is a measured baseline and a targeted scope.
Is there an Agentforce data readiness checklist?
Yes. Our assessment begins with four questions for every object an agent reads: whether each required field is populated, whether related records agree, whether each record reflects the present state, and whether each real-world entity has exactly one record. Data U lists sample assessment questions by object, and Salesforce explains how to measure data readiness for an AI agent.
Questions about scope and upkeep
Does the work disrupt sellers?
Very little. Our experts do most of the work in a test org, where client reviewers examine each result while sellers continue to work in production. They run the go-live from a runbook, away from quarter-end, repeating a sequence already proven in test, and leave no Acellas software or managed package installed in the client's org.
Does the work cover the whole Salesforce org?
No. Our data experts focus the work on the objects the target agents read and on the Flows and integrations that write to them. A case-handling agent, for example, depends upon sound case, contact and contract records, and a scope drawn this tightly ties every change to an agent that needs it.
Why does a one-time cleanup not last?
Because new records continue to arrive through forms, imports and integrations, a one-time cleanup slows decay without stopping it. Lasting Agentforce data readiness depends upon correcting the data at each point of entry, which is why our team hands over matching rules, validation rules and an enrichment cadence, each with a named owner.
What happens to the automation that writes to this data?
Before any change is made, our data experts inventory every Flow, trigger and integration that writes to the in-scope objects. They refactor the automation that requires it, agree any integration changes with the team that owns each integration, and regression-test every feature the changes touch. Workflow Rules and Process Builder reached end of support in December 2025, yet where they remain in use they continue to write to the same objects.
Assess the data before the agents depend upon it
The first call is with the practitioners who would do the work, not a sales intermediary. The measures come first and the estimate follows.
